We do the acquisition and the processing, and we hand your team a classified point cloud, a terrain model and an orthomosaic that you review, adjust and seal. Your client stays your client.

Compliant Aircraft
FAA Part 107 remote pilot flying NDAA-compliant aircraft, so the data is usable on state DOT, county, USACE, BLM, USFS, tribal and FEMA-funded projects where DJI platforms are no longer permitted. Professional lidar payloads with survey-class GNSS and IMU trajectories, RTK photogrammetry where lidar is not required. Insurance certificate on request.
Deliverables That Drop Into Your Workflow
Classified LAS or LAZ on your datum and units with the coordinate system in the header. Bare-earth DTM as GeoTIFF, contours as DXF or DWG, orthomosaic with world file, and a control-fit report with the numbers as a spreadsheet. Typical turnaround one to two weeks from acquisition.

Coverage:
Sites to several hundred acres and corridors to roughly 10 miles per mobilization. Larger areas flown in multiple sessions.
Deliverables:
Classified point cloud (LAS/LAZ, ground and non-ground, on your datum and units, CRS in the header).
Bare-earth DTM/DEM as GeoTIFF.
Contours at your interval (DXF/DWG).
GCP report with per-point vertical residuals.
Best for:
Vegetated or complex terrain, corridor and ROW mapping, levee and channel topography, early-stage design surfaces, earthwork and volumetrics, and any site where canopy or lighting rules out photogrammetry.

Photogrammetry
Coverage:
Sites to several hundred acres per mobilization, RTK or PPK positioned.
Deliverables:
Orthomosaic (GeoTIFF, 1 to 3 cm GSD).
DSM and DTM as GeoTIFF.
Contours (DXF/DWG).
3D textured mesh.
Volumetric reports. Tied to your ground control.
Best for:
Open or lightly vegetated sites, construction progress and as-built documentation, stockpile and cut/fill volumes, and visual site records where high-resolution imagery matters more than canopy penetration.
